2. Creatine - I definitely like Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder, Unflavored, 600g. Again this is the only creatine product that doesn't destroy my stomach. This works very well also which is why I'm recommending it. Go with the instructions that is written on the label.

 

3. Glutamine - I definitely recommend Optimum Nutrition Glutamine Powder, 1000g - I notice a significant change in the recovery time when I take glutamine. Before my muscles would be sore for 3 and sometimes 4 days but when I take glutamine, I can do weight lifting every other day.

 

4. Multi-Vitamin - I take Nature's Way Alive! Multivitamin, 180 Tablets. Multi vitamins are very important also. Whenever we work out, we used up a lot of energy, vitamins and minerals. One of the best ways to replenish our body is by taking a multi vitamin.
